CLINICAL MASSAGE AT REST

This treatment combines elements from clinical sports massage, table shiatsu, trigger point therapy, hot stone therapy, myofascial release and stretching.
Each treatment is tailored to the individual client's needs and works towards helping clients achieve pain free living. This treatment can aid healing and help ease conditions such as scoliosis, DDS, herniated (slipped) discs, trapped nerves and ligament or tendon injuries.
At Rest, Ruth is trained in Clinical Massage and Marta offers Deep Tissue Massage.
