Using a combination of soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage and hot stones, Jojo delivers a deeply relaxing and effective massage to help you restore your equilibrium.
She also offers post care advice on strengthening exercises and stretches to help you on your way to becoming fitter, stronger and pain free.
